Ai-Thinker RA-01SCH – Compact, High-Power LoRa® Module with LLCC68
The RA-01SCH from Ai-Thinker is a robust LoRa module designed for ultra-long-range wireless communication. It integrates SEMTECH’s LLCC68 LoRa™ transceiver chip, known for its excellent anti-interference, low power consumption, and high sensitivity features. With a +22 dBm transmission output and -129 dBm sensitivity, the RA-01SCH ensures strong signal penetration and long-range coverage, even in challenging environments.
Supporting multiple modulation types including LoRa®, FSK, and GFSK, and a broad frequency range from 803MHz to 930MHz, this module is suited for versatile regional deployments. It features a compact stamp hole SMD design with an SPI interface for half-duplex communication, integrated CRC, and a 256-byte packet engine.
Thanks to its low RX current of 4.2mA and standby current of just 0.6mA, it is ideal for battery-powered and embedded IoT applications, such as smart metering, home automation, wireless sensor networks, remote irrigation, and security systems.
