Ai-Thinker RA-02 – High Sensitivity LoRa Module for Long-Range Wireless Communication

The RA-02 LoRa Module by Ai-Thinker is a high-performance RF transceiver designed for ultra-long-range wireless communication in the 433MHz and 470MHz ISM bands. Powered by LoRa™ spread spectrum modulation, it achieves exceptional receiver sensitivity down to -141dBm while maintaining low power consumption and excellent interference resistance.

Supporting various modulation techniques like FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, OOK, and LoRa™, the RA-02 provides flexibility for many wireless networking applications. It is equipped with a half-duplex SPI interface, automatic RF signal detection, CAD mode, and AFC for dynamic frequency stability.

With its small SMD footprint (17x16 mm) and IPEX antenna interface, the module is easy to integrate into compact embedded designs using SMT production lines. The RA-02 is ideal for automatic meter reading, remote irrigation, home automation, security systems, and other IoT applications requiring reliable and efficient long-distance wireless connectivity.
